Training & Career Resources

A curated starting point for people interested in flight dispatch and airline operations training.

Training pathways vary by country. Some programs lead to a formal license, some to a certificate, and others are designed as airline-specific or recurrent training. Always verify what a course actually provides before enrolling.

Before You Choose a School

Check these points first:

  • whether the course leads to a license, certificate, or internal company qualification

  • which regulatory framework it follows

  • whether it is aimed at ab initio students or experienced aviation professionals

  • whether it includes initial, advanced, or recurrent training

  • whether the qualification is recognized by the operators or markets you want to work in
